1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bagup Online Shop ("Bagup", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Bagup is an e-commerce platform dedicated to providing students in Ghana with school provisions, curated care packages, and fresh meal delivery services (Homecho). We facilitate the purchase and delivery of these items directly to schools and other designated locations.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices for products are described on our website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We accept payments through various secure methods, including mobile money and card payments via Paystack. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
5. Delivery Policy
We deliver directly to schools and other specified locations across Ghana. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the location and school schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
6. Returns and Refunds
Non-Perishable Items: We accept returns for defective or incorrect non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Perishable Items (Homecho): Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns on fresh meals unless they are delivered in a compromised state or are incorrect. Please report any issues immediately upon receipt.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bagup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
